Shipping Policy

Every order is made to order and shipped discreetly in plain, unmarked packaging.

Processing time

Products are custom produced after payment is confirmed. Early MVP orders may take longer while we validate the production workflow. Your order confirmation and status emails will reflect the latest fulfillment status.

Shipping method

We currently use standard domestic shipping with a flat shipping rate shown at checkout. Tracking will be shared when the package leaves our fulfillment workflow.

Packaging

Packages are plain and unbranded. Exterior labels do not identify handsandfeet or describe the contents.

Address accuracy

Buyers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Once an order ships, carrier reroutes may not be possible.

Lost or delayed packages

Carrier delays can happen. If tracking stalls or a package appears lost, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
