Because each piece is custom-made to order, all sales are final once production begins.
Products are personalized, hand-cast silicone replicas made specifically for the buyer's order. For hygiene, personalization, and production reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges after production has started.
Contact us as quickly as possible after ordering. If production has not started, we may be able to cancel and refund the order. Once production begins, the order is final.
If an item arrives damaged or materially defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. When verified, we will replace the item or provide another appropriate remedy at no cost.
We cannot refund orders lost because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout or refused delivery. If a package is returned to us, we will work with you on reshipment when possible.
