We collect checkout contact details, shipping addresses, order contents, payment status, support messages, and site analytics such as page views, product interactions, heatmaps, and session recordings when analytics consent is accepted. For creators, we may collect profile content, payout details, identity or eligibility information, and product assets needed to create and sell their listings.
We use this information to process payments, produce and ship orders, send order updates, prevent fraud, manage creator storefronts, provide customer support, and improve the site.
We share data only with service providers needed to run the business, including payment processors, email providers, shipping carriers, hosting providers, storage providers, and fraud or compliance vendors. We do not sell personal information.
Orders ship in plain packaging. Buyer shipping and contact information is used for fulfillment and support, not for public display. Creator legal, payout, and verification details are not shown on public storefronts.
We keep records as long as needed for orders, taxes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and support. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact support through the contact page.
